    摘要:

    [目的]聚焦于风渔融合装备在收鱼阶段的靠泊安全性问题。[方法]基于非线性有限元软件对活水船靠泊风渔融合装备时的导管架平台结构特性进行深入研究。研究在不同区域正常碰撞工况下,风电机组与渔业养殖平台组合体靠泊时的运动响应规律及结构损伤,探讨靠泊系统的设计合理性。[结果]结果表明,在活水船碰撞导管架单侧单根靠泊立柱的情况下,靠泊系统部分区域已经发生塑性变形。撑杆与导管架腿柱之间的贴板角焊缝及其周围局部区域,经分析后出现塑性变形,且有拉裂、脱开的风险。[结论]研究成果可为风渔融合靠泊作业高效且安全地运行,最大程度降低安全风险与经济损失提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    [Purpose] This paper focuses on the berthing safety issues of wind-fishery integration equipment in the fishing stage. [Method] Based on non-linear finite element software for farming ship berthing wind-fishery integration equipment when the guide frame platform structure characteristics are studied in depth. Research in different areas under normal collision conditions, the motion response law and structural damage of the combination of wind turbine units and fishery farming platforms during berthing, and the method will explore the design rationality of the berthing system. [Result] The results show that, in the case of a farming ship impact single-side and single-root of the berthing column of the guide frame, the berthing system part of the area has occurred plastic deformation. The welding seam between the support rod and the guide frame leg column and its surrounding local area has occurred plastic deformation after analysis, and there is a risk of cracking and opening. [Conclusion] The research results can provide a reference for the efficient and safe operation of wind-fishery integration berthing operations, and to the greatest extent reduce safety risks and economic losses.
