Abstract:To evaluate the feasibility of offshore photovoltaic panel lifting operations, a dynamic coupling model of the installation vessel and lifting load was established based on three-dimensional potential flow theory. Time-domain numerical simulations were conducted using ANSYS-AQWA software, and critical response characteristics were analyzed through extreme value distribution methods. The dynamic variations of crane load and load motion were investigated under various wave periods and significant wave heights, operational limits were determined, and the annual operational probability was quantified using wave statistics. The results indicate that wave conditions significantly affect operational safety, providing theoretical support for the safety assessment and optimization of offshore photovoltaic lifting operations.
