    针对海上光伏板吊装作业的可行性评估问题,本研究基于三维势流理论构建施工船与吊物的动态耦合模型,采用ANSYS-AQWA软件开展时域数值模拟,结合Gumbel极值分布方法量化关键响应特性。通过分析不同波浪周期)与有效波高条件下吊机载荷及吊物运动的动态响应规律,确定极限允许海况,并基于海域波浪统计数据计算全年可作业概率。结果表明:波浪周期与有义波高对作业安全性具有显著影响,极限海况下吊机载荷与吊物运动幅值分别超出安全准则;研究结论可为海上光伏吊装作业的安全评估与施工窗口规划提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the feasibility of offshore photovoltaic panel lifting operations, a dynamic coupling model of the installation vessel and lifting load was established based on three-dimensional potential flow theory. Time-domain numerical simulations were conducted using ANSYS-AQWA software, and critical response characteristics were analyzed through extreme value distribution methods. The dynamic variations of crane load and load motion were investigated under various wave periods and significant wave heights, operational limits were determined, and the annual operational probability was quantified using wave statistics. The results indicate that wave conditions significantly affect operational safety, providing theoretical support for the safety assessment and optimization of offshore photovoltaic lifting operations.
