    陆丰15-1导管架平台作业区域水深286m,导管架采用滑移下水安装方式,是中国海域首座300m级深水导管架。设计过程中采用MOSES软件对下水过程进行了运动数值模拟分析。为验证下水运动分析的准确性,保证导管架安装过程的安全,为后续更大深水导管架安装和仿真模拟提供数据支撑,在导管架上预先安装了下水动态监测系统,下水过程中对导管架和驳船的运动轨迹进行了监测,各项主要监测指标均位于导管架设计结果之内,但个别指标有一定差异,如导管架下潜深度、驳船和导管架纵倾角。本文结合反馈的下水过程监测成果,利用MOSES软件对下水过程进行了回归对比分析,针对其中的导管架下水主要差异开展了敏感性研究,相关研究结果可为今后的深水导管架下水设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The water depth of Lufeng 15-1 jacket platform field is about 286m, the jacket is installed using launching from the barge, LF15-1 is the first 300m-series deepwater jacket in China. In the design phase, MOSES time domain launch program is utilized to simulate jacket launching process. In order to verify the accuracy of motion analysis, to ensure the jacket safety during the launch process and to provide support data for the subsequent projects, the jacket launching trajectory monitoring system is installed on the jacket, to monitor the jacket and barge motion during the entire process. All main monitoring parameters are within the design limitations, but there are also some obvious differences in some results, such as jacket top diving depth, barge and jacket pitch angle. In this paper, based on the field observation results, MOSES time domain launch program is utilized to conduct back analysis of launching process, and sensitivity studies are performed for the key differences. The research results could provide reference for future deepwater jacket launching design.
