    摘要:

    运动抑制结构作为圆筒型FPSO的关键装置,对于降低平台的垂荡和纵摇运动具有重要意义。延伸筒体和减动装置之间的连接结构是保证结构设计的关键,为了验证结构设计方案的合理性,通过MSC.Patran/Nastran软件研究运动抑制结构在拖航和作业工况下的结构强度,选择合适的连接结构,并根据强度计算结果对延伸筒体内的水密舱壁和非水密舱壁、减动装置的强框和非水密隔舱板、连接结构等关键构件提出优化建议。结合分析结果和施工工艺等方面,选择肘板式连接结构作为最终设计方案。

    Abstract:

    As a key device of cylindrical FPSO, motion suppression structure plays an important role in reducing the sag and pitch motion of the platform. The connection structure between the extension cylinder and the reducing device is the key to ensure the structural design. In order to verify the rationality of the structural design scheme, the structural strength of the motion suppression structure under towing and working conditions is studied by MSC.Patran/Nastran software, and the appropriate connection structure is selected. According to the results of strength calculation, the optimization suggestions of key components such as watertight bulkhead and non-watertight bulkhead, strong frame and non-watertight bulkhead of reducing device and connecting structure are put forward. Combined with the analysis results and construction technology, the toggle plate connection structure is selected as the final design scheme.
