    离心压缩机是海上气田开发应用最广泛的设备之一,压缩机进出口管道是平台管道系统中重要而又薄弱的环节,是影响海上平台安全运行的重要因素。压缩机进出口管嘴受力限制严格,一般在靠近进出口管道上第1~2个支架采用弹簧支吊架,但弹簧支吊架安装和调试难度较大。对压缩机管道应力分析计算边界条件、应力分析计算工况、应力分析计算方法及评定准则进行了研究,基于渤海某海上天然气综合处理平台,采用CARSAR II软件对离心式压缩机进出口管道进行力学数值计算,优化压缩机进出口管道布置,提出不使用弹簧支架的管道优化方案。结果表明:管道受力、管道位移、管道频率、压缩机管口受力、法兰泄露、管道支架受力均满足要求,现场运行情况良好。

    Abstract:

    Centrifugal compressor is one of the most widely used equipment in offshore platform. The inlet and outlet piping of compressor is important for the whole piping system but high risk for the safe operation of offshore platform. The inlet and outlet nozzles of compressor are strictly limited by force, and the 1~2 spring supports for piping are generally used near the inlet and outlet to reduce the force of nozzles, which increases the difficulty of installation, commissioning and maintenance. The boundary condition, stress calculation condition, stress analysis method and acceptance criteria are introduced. Based on an offshore natural gas processing platform in Bohai, the CARSAR II software was used to calculate the stress of the inlet and outlet piping of centrifugal compressor. The design of the inlet and outlet piping was optimized without using spring supports. The results show that the piping stress, displacement, natural frequency, force of compressor nozzle, flange leakage, and the force of the piping support satisfy the requirements, and the on-site operation is well.
