    摘要:

    为研究上部组块耳轴式吊点的强度,以吊绳垂直面投影角度、耳轴的径厚比、主管的径厚比为主要参数,设计了15个吊点。采用ANSYS软件建立其有限元模型,揭示了TRUN吊点强度变化规律。基于有限元研究影响规律,依据API规范,针对吊点主要受力部位主管和耳轴进行了手算强度校核,将手算结果与有限元计算的吊点强度结果进行对比分析,验证本次建模及计算方法的正确与有效性,确保整个吊点强度满足要求。在有限元吊点计算分析和手算吊点强度校核基础上,得出各参数对吊点影响规律,进而为吊点强度设计和研发提供有力支撑和参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the strength of the top -sized axis suspension point, the suspended projection angle of the hanging rope, the horizontal projection angle of different suspenders, and the diameter ratio of the axis are the main parameters, and 10 hanging points are designed. The use of ANSYS software to establish its finite element model, revealing the law of the TRUN hanging point strength change. Based on the influence of finite element research, according to the API specifications, the calculation strength school checks on the main force of the suspension point and the axis of the axis. The correctness and effectiveness of modeling and calculation methods ensure that the entire hanging point intensity meets the requirements. On the basis of the calculation analysis of the finite element hanging point and the intensity of the handling point, the parameter affects the law of the hanging point, and then provides a strong support and reference for the design and research and development of the hanging point strength.
