Abstract:In order to study the strength of the top -sized axis suspension point, the suspended projection angle of the hanging rope, the horizontal projection angle of different suspenders, and the diameter ratio of the axis are the main parameters, and 10 hanging points are designed. The use of ANSYS software to establish its finite element model, revealing the law of the TRUN hanging point strength change. Based on the influence of finite element research, according to the API specifications, the calculation strength school checks on the main force of the suspension point and the axis of the axis. The correctness and effectiveness of modeling and calculation methods ensure that the entire hanging point intensity meets the requirements. On the basis of the calculation analysis of the finite element hanging point and the intensity of the handling point, the parameter affects the law of the hanging point, and then provides a strong support and reference for the design and research and development of the hanging point strength.
