    摘要:

    海上风能具有储量大,可再生等特点,因而海上风电的发展备受关注。近年海上风电不断向着大型化发展,风机的体积大、重量重以及安装时的恶劣环境等因素,使得海上风机安装更加困难。为了解决海上浮式风机安装时,风机塔筒与风机基础快速对中、预连接这一关键性问题,设计了一种定位连接装置。并结合水动力分析所得浮式平台动态响应,以及安装时风机机舱及塔筒所受风载荷,建立浮式风机安装时的有限元模型,对所设计的定位连接装置进行强度校核。结果表明,所设计的定位连接装置满足结构强度要求,可以应用于海上浮式风机与基础的快速连接。

    Abstract:

    The development of offshore wind power has attracted much attention due to its large reserves and renewable characteristics. In recent years, offshore wind power has been continuously developing towards large-scale development. Factors such as the large volume, heavy weight, and harsh installation environment of wind turbines have made offshore wind turbine installation more difficult. In order to solve the critical problem of quick alignment and pre connection between the wind turbine tower and the wind turbine foundation during the installation of offshore floating wind turbines, a positioning connection device has been designed. And combined with the dynamic response of the floating platform obtained from hydrodynamic analysis, as well as the wind load on the wind turbine nacelle and tower during installation, establish a finite element model for the installation of the floating fan, and perform strength verification on the designed positioning connection device. The results indicate that the designed positioning connection device meets the structural strength requirements and can be applied to the rapid connection between offshore floating wind turbines and foundations.
