    摘要:

    我国海上风电正处于快速发展阶段,自升式平台船在海上风电场的建设中扮演着重要角色,而其桩腿稳定性直接关系平台船的安全作业。本文基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立了自升式平台船桩腿有限元模型,分析结构在风、浪联合荷载作用下的结构动力响应特征。研究结果表明:自升式平台船与波浪不存在共振风险;风荷载是影响整体结构稳定性的主要因素,结构的动力响应随波浪流荷载和风荷载的增大而增大;风、浪、流荷载联合垂直作用于桩腿轴线时,会产生极端应力、位移响应,结构设计时应当在桩腿与平台连接处做加强处理。本文的研究成果为自升式平台船的设计与改进提供了科学依据,对确保平台船在恶劣海洋环境下的安全运行具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

    Abstract:

    China"s offshore wind power is in the rapid development stage, jack-up platform ship plays an important role in the construction of offshore wind farm, and its pile leg stability is directly related to the safe operation of platform ship. Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, a finite element model of pile leg of jack-up platform is established to analyze the dynamic response characteristics of the structure under combined wind and wave loads. The results show that there is no resonance risk between jack-up ship and wave; Wind load is the main factor affecting the stability of the whole structure, and the dynamic response of the structure increases with the increase of wave flow load and wind load. Extreme stress and displacement response will be generated when wind, wave and current load act on the axis of pile leg vertically. The connection between pile leg and platform should be strengthened in structural design. The research results of this paper provide a scientific basis for the design and improvement of jack-up platform ships, and have important theoretical significance and application value for ensuring the safe operation of platform ships in harsh Marine environment.
