Abstract:The underwater control module is an important equipment in the underwater production system, and the all-electric underwater control module is the main development direction. In order to solve the problems of concentrated internal electronic components, complex structure and high common-mode failure rate of the traditional all-electric underwater control module, a distributed all-electric underwater control module scheme is proposed. In this paper, the strength simulation analysis and heat dissipation simulation analysis of the key structures are carried out by Ansys simulation software to verify the rationality of the structure, and the control system is built by TwinCAT software to verify the realization of the system control function. After simulation and functional testing, the feasibility of the design of the distributed all-electric underwater control module is preliminarily obtained, which provides a new idea for the design and implementation of the underwater production control system.
