    摘要:

    导管架平台水下管节点在内外荷载作用下会出现裂纹,为防止管节点进一步破坏失效,本文提出水下复杂管节点灌浆卡箍修复方法。基于渤海某平台贯穿裂纹修复,论述水下复杂管节点灌浆卡箍修复方案设计、卡箍结构分片设计、灌浆配套附属构件设计,通过有限元分析和试验两个方面验证复杂节点灌浆卡箍修复设计的合理性、可靠性。本文首次采用灌浆卡箍方式解决了国内海洋导管架平台水下复杂节点受损面临的修复难题并在工程中首次应用,取得了良好修复成果。

    Abstract:

    Cracks often occur to underwater joints of jacket platforms under internal and external loads. In order to prevent further damage or failure of joint points, the grouting clamp repair method is proposed and carried out for underwater complex tubular joints. Based on the complex tubular joint crack repair problem of a platform in Bohai, the clamp general design concept , slices structure design and grouting appurtenant structure design are discussed.Design reasonability and reliability are verified by finite analysis and testing. The grouting clamps to repair the under water tubular jacket joints is applied successfully in civil offshore engineering for the first time,achieving good repair result,which can provide technical references for the grouting clamp repair technology.
