    摘要:

    钢悬链立管作为深海工程应用最广泛的连接结构,对油气资源开发和工程安全有着至关重要的影响。为研究钢悬链立管在复杂环境载荷影响下疲劳性能,考虑到平台运动对钢悬链立管涡激振动的激励作用,基于双自由度尾流振子模型开发了OrcaFlex外部接口,求解钢悬链立管在复杂环境载荷下的动态运动计算结果,利用S-N曲线法对钢悬链立管进行疲劳分析,将该方法得到的钢悬链立管疲劳特性与DNV规范推荐方法得到的钢悬链立管疲劳特性进行对比,探讨总结平台运动对钢悬链立管疲劳特性的影响规律。

    Abstract:

    As the most widely used connection structure in deep-sea engineering, SCRs have a crucial impact on the development of oil and gas resources and engineering safety. To study the fatigue performance of SCRs under complex environmental loads, considering the excitation effect of platform motion on vortex-induced vibration, an OrcaFlex external interface was developed based on a two degree of freedom wake oscillator model. The dynamic motion calculation results of SCRs under complex environmental loads were solved, and the fatigue analysis of SCRs was carried out using the S-N curve method, Compare the fatigue characteristics of SCRs obtained by this method with those recommended by DNV specifications, and explore and summarize the influence of platform motion on the fatigue characteristics of SCRs.
