    摘要:

    南海奋进号FPSO执行国内首次跨区域移位再利用,需要对内转塔单点系泊系统进行利旧改造和设计校核。以可解脱式单点浮筒吊装框架为研究对象,以极限状态方法为校核准则,进行相关工况分析;对比分析实体单元、梁单元和梁连接三种螺栓模型;建立有限元分析模型,分析吊装结构强度。结果表明:梁连接螺栓模型在吊装框架结构分析中适用性好;吊装框架整体结构强度满足设计要求。所建立的分析方法可为可解脱式单点吊装框架结构设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    NHFJ FPSO performs the first inter-regional displacement and reuse in China, which needs to carry out depreciation and reconstruction and calibration of the Internal turret single point mooring system. This paper takes the disconnectable turret mooring(DTM) buoy lifting top as the research object, takes the limit state method as the calibration criterion, and carries out the relevant working condition analysis; compares and analyzes the three kinds of bolt models of solid element, beam element and beam connection; establishes the finite element analysis model, and analyzes the strength of the lifting structure. The results show that: the beam connection bolt model has good applicability in the structural analysis of the lifting top; the overall structural strength of the lifting top meets the design requirements.A set of practical procedures is established for the design and analysis of the lifting top. The developed analytical method can provide a reference for the structural design of a DTM buoy lifting top.
