Abstract:In this paper, the integrated configuration optimization design of lazy wave flexible riser is carried out based on genetic algorithm. Through the integrated normalization processing of multiple optimization design objectives, the bending deformation and mechanical properties of the riser are taken into account, and the efficiency of the riser configuration design is effectively improved. In this process, the weight ratio of each optimization objective can be flexibly adjusted to match the specific riser design conditions and design requirements, and further improve the performance of the optimization scheme. The numerical results show that this method can easily and quickly obtain the optimal design scheme, and its overall performance is significantly improved, which can provide reasonable reference and effective support for the configuration design of lazy waveform flexible riser.
