    本文基于遗传算法对缓波形柔性立管进行构型一体化优化设计,通过对多重优化设计目标的集成归一化处理,兼顾了立管的弯曲变形和力学性能,有效提升立管构型设计的效率。在此过程中可以灵活调整各优化目标的权重占比,以匹配具体的立管设计条件和设计需求,进一步改善优化方案性能。算例结果表明,应用该方法能够简便、快捷地获取优化设计方案,且其整体性能得到显著提升,可为缓波形柔性立管构型设计提供合理参考和有效支撑。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the integrated configuration optimization design of lazy wave flexible riser is carried out based on genetic algorithm. Through the integrated normalization processing of multiple optimization design objectives, the bending deformation and mechanical properties of the riser are taken into account, and the efficiency of the riser configuration design is effectively improved. In this process, the weight ratio of each optimization objective can be flexibly adjusted to match the specific riser design conditions and design requirements, and further improve the performance of the optimization scheme. The numerical results show that this method can easily and quickly obtain the optimal design scheme, and its overall performance is significantly improved, which can provide reasonable reference and effective support for the configuration design of lazy waveform flexible riser.
