    渤中A油田是渤海首个火成岩油田,火成岩地层裂缝发育,地层承压能力低,极易发生井下漏失,导致φ244.5mm套管固井期间水泥浆无法返出至井口,产生自由段套管。随着油气的采出,井口温度也开始增加,当自由段套管的伸长量足以克服井口装置重量与套管卡瓦预应力之和时就会发生井口抬升。通过分析井口抬升的原因,在钻井阶段改变水泥浆性能、施加套管预应力,有效的解决了地承压地层的井口抬升问题。本油田井口抬升的有效解决,为后续处理井口抬升问题提供了一定的技术参考。

    Abstract:

    Bozhong A Oilfield is the first igneous oil field in Bohai Sea. Igneous formation has developed fractures and low bearing capacity, which is easy to cause downhole leakage. As a result, the cement slurry cannot return to the wellhead during φ244.5mm casing cementing, resulting in free section casing. As the oil and gas is extracted, the wellhead temperature begins to increase. Wellhead lift occurs when the free casing elongation is sufficient to overcome the sum of the wellhead device weight and the prestress of the casing slips. By analyzing the causes of wellhead lifting, changing the performance of cement slurry and applying casing prestress in the drilling stage, the wellhead lifting problem in the ground pressure formation is effectively solved. The effective solution of wellhead uplift in this oilfield provides a certain technical reference for the subsequent treatment of wellhead uplift.
