    摘要:

    我国海上风电场建设区域的水深较浅,浮式风机多采用悬链线式系泊系统,但风浪等环境载荷使风机产生大幅度运动,系泊系统在极端海况下易出现松弛-张紧现象,导致零张力和极大冲击张力,影响系泊系统的安全。本文以10 MW浮式风机的系泊系统为研究对象,分析不同工况、不同系泊参数下的系泊缆张力及风机运动响应变化规律,探讨系泊缆松弛-张紧现象产生原因,分析不同系泊参数对系泊极限张力的影响。结果表明:提高导缆孔高度、系泊缆增加质量块、浮筒均能有效消除系泊松弛状态,降低系泊极限张力,保证系泊安全。

    Abstract:

    The water depth for offshore floating wind farms in our country is relatively shallow,while floating offshore wind turbines mostly use catenary mooring system for now. However,the environmental load of wind and wave makes the wind turbine move greatly,and there will be slack-taut phenomenon from the mooring line under extreme sea conditions,which will result in zero tension with great impact tension and it affects the service life of the mooring system. This paper takes the mooring system of a 10MW floating wind turbines as the research object. The mooring line tension and floater motion under different working conditions are investigated. The causes of the slack-taut phenomenon of mooring line as well as the influence of mooring parameters on mooring property are studied. The results show that increasing the height of the fairlead,including clumps or buoys on mooring lines can effectively eliminate the slack state of the mooring,reduce the ultimate tension of the mooring line and ensure the safety of the mooring system.
