    摘要:

    根据南海北部大陆西区气田的分布情况,为更经济和绿色的增加气田的产量,故需要新增立管连接两个气田平台。故以支撑海上平台导管架的腿柱结构为研究对象。采用7套复合材料背负式管卡安装立管,并考虑腿柱的实际受载工况,分析管卡在不同位置时,导管架腿柱结构强度和屈曲稳定性。借助所构建的SACS计算模型,验证了在海洋平台水深88米下,采用7套复合材料背负式管卡时,导管架腿柱结构强度和屈曲稳定性的安全性和可靠性,为其在相同工作环境下平台腿柱结构的设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the distribution of gas fields in the western part of the northern continent of the South China Sea, in order to increase the production of gas fields more economically and green, it is necessary to add a riser to connect the two gas field platforms. Therefore, the leg structure supporting offshore platform jacket is taken as the research object. Seven sets of composite backpack pipe clamps are used to install the riser. Considering the actual loading conditions of the leg structure, the strength and buckling stability of the jacket leg structure are analyzed when the pipe clamps are at different positions. With the help of the constructed SACS calculation model, the safety and reliability of the strength and buckling stability of the jacket leg structure were verified when seven sets of composite backpack pipe clamps are used under the water depth of 88 meters of the offshore platform, which provides a reference for the design of the platform leg structure under the same working environment.
