    摘要:

    中国南海海况恶劣,南海FPSO在服役多年后,少数支墩由于建造工艺问题出现裂纹。为规避建造风险,以某南海深水FPSO为研究对象,针对南海常用FPSO箱式支墩形式进行改进优化设计,运用有限元方法对箱式模块支墩和改进后的丰字型模块支墩与十字交叉带裙边支墩进行评估,对不同支墩形式进行强度分析、变形分析和疲劳分析,并对不同支墩的工艺进行综合对比,结合工程实践和有限元计算,给出支墩推荐设计方案。结果表明,优化后的十字交叉带裙边支墩结构强度和疲劳均满足设计要求,同时还具有便于加工组装的特点,最终选定十字交叉带裙边支墩方案。

    Abstract:

    The South China Sea is under harsh conditions, and after many years of service in the South China Sea, few module stools of FPSO have cracked due to construction process problems. In order to avoid construction risks, taking a deep-water FPSO in the South China Sea as the research object, the box-type form of the commonly used FPSO module stool in the South China Sea was improved and optimized, and the box-type module stool and the improved Fengzi module stool and the cross belt skirt stool were evaluated by using the finite element method, and the strength analysis, deformation analysis and fatigue analysis of different support forms were carried out, and the construction technique of different stool was comprehensively compared. Combined with engineering practice and finite element calculation, the recommended module stool was given. The results show that the structural strength and fatigue of the optimized cross belt skirt stool meet the requirements, and it also has the characteristics of easy processing and assembly, and the scheme of cross belt skirt stool is selected.
