    摘要:

    海上平台火炬臂的长度影响平台的安全、结构重心以及工程投资。在火炬系统的设计中,火炬臂角度直接影响火炬臂长度的确定。以国内某海洋平台为例,利用Flaresim、Phast软件,从热辐射、噪声及扩散三个方面,对不同角度、风速下的火炬臂长度进行系统分析,认为:①热辐射是决定火炬臂长度的关键要素;②火炬臂角度直接影响着火炬臂长度,对于国内某平台的火炬系统,决定工况点从火炬臂根部(0°至30°)变成修井机二层台面(45°至90°);③在火炬臂角度45°时,可实现最小化火炬臂长度,兼顾平台安全性与经济性。

    Abstract:

    The length of flare arm of offshore platform affects the safety, structural center of gravity and engineering investment of the platform. In the design of the flare system, the flare arm angle directly affects the determination of the flare arm length. Taking a domestic offshore platform as an example, the flare arm length under different angles and wind speeds is systematically analyzed from three aspects of thermal radiation, noise and diffusion by using FLARESIM and PHAST Software. It is concluded that: ① Thermal radiation is the key factor to determine the flare arm length; ② The flare arm angle directly affects the length of the flare arm. For the flare system of a domestic platform, it determines that the operating point changes from the flare arm root (0° to 30°) to the monkey board of the workover rig (45° to 90°); ③ When the flare arm angle is 45°, the flare arm length can be minimized and the safety and economy of the platform can be considered.
