    摘要:

    为了解决海缆护管后安装过程中,浮吊抛锚对平台周围海底电缆等带来的风险及降低护管安装成本,通过对比分析了锚系船安装、动力定位船安装及平台后安装三种方案,得出平台后安装在作业工期、费用、安全性方面具有较大优势。文章对海缆护管平台后安装新工艺进行了设计和理论分析,并通过实践验证安装。结果表明,基于平台的护管后安装新工艺既能规避浮吊船吊装作业的高风险,又能大大降低作业成本,安装1根护管就可节省锚系船期3天,该新工艺可为在役平台的海缆护管后安装提供重要的借鉴,有望在今后的类似工程项目中进行规模推广。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at risk reduction and cost reduction for cable casing post-installation considering the risk anchoring, 3 kinds of methods were comparatively analyzed, such as anchor mooring crane, DP vessel and on-platform installation and the results show that the on-platform installation method had great advantages in installation period, cost and safety. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper designed a new method of cable casing installing without anchor mooring crane, which is verified by the actual case. The new process can not only reduce operational risk, but also reduce project cost,which can be saved by 3 days vessel date.The method can provide important reference significance for the installation of cable casing on the platform in service, and is expected to be promoted in the future.
