    海洋非粘结柔性软管是超深水中生产和输送石油和天然气的关键推动力,用于浮式生产系统和海底井口之间输送开采的流体。随着石油和天然气开采的海洋水深超过3000m,各种失效事故已成为柔性软管面临的重要挑战。非粘结柔性软管的失效模式较多,国内外学者做了很多单功能层的失效研究,但针对软管金属层失效模式的研究却缺乏相对全面的综述。通过整合规范API RP 17B提出的海洋非粘结柔性软管九种常见的失效模式,对国内外柔性软管金属层六种常见失效模式的研究进展进行了较为详细地综述,并针对目前柔性软管金属层失效机制研究中存在的问题和短板,指出未来海洋柔性软管失效模式研究的下一步建议,为海洋柔性软管结构设计和完整性管理奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    Un-bonded flexible pipes are a key driver for oil and gas production and delivery in ultra-deepwater. They are used to transport produced fluids between floating production systems and submarine wells. With oil and gas production in ocean depths of more than 3,000 meters, failures have become a major challenge for flexible pipes. There are many failure modes of un-bonded flexible pipes, and domestic and foreign experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the failure of corresponding functional layers, but the failure modes of the metal layers about flexible pipes is lack of a relatively comprehensive review. Based on the integration of nine common failure modes of un-bonded flexible pipes proposed by the specification API RP 17B, the research progress of six common failure modes of flexible pipes metal layers at home and abroad is reviewed in detail. In addition, the existing problems and shortcomings of metal layers in the current research on the failure mechanisms of flexible pipes are discussed. In order to lay a foundation for structural innovation and integrity management of flexible pipes, the next step of failure modes research on flexible pipes is proposed.
