    在深水浮式平台设计中,拖点结构设计与强度评估是平台湿拖分析中的重要组成部分。排水量超十万吨的大型浮式平台的湿拖拖点结构设计与分析国内尚无先例,为填补此项空白,以我国第一座深水半潜式生产平台“深海一号”长距离湿拖为例,介绍了大型浮式平台湿拖拖点设计分析的方法,得到了一些有益结论。日前,该半潜平台已安全抵达南海陵水17-2海域,进一步验证了拖点结构设计与分析的正确性和可靠性。文中建立了一套大型深水半潜式生产平台长距离湿拖拖点的强度分析与设计方法,可为今后类似平台的拖点结构设计提供参考和依据。

    Abstract:

    Towing lug design is an important part of the platform wet towing analysis. There is no domestic precedent in the design of the wet towing lug of a FPS with a displacement of more than 100,000 tons. To fill this gap, the first deep-water semi-submersible production platform "Deep Sea No.1“ as an example, the design and analysis method of wet towing lug of large FPS is introduced. A few days ago, the FPS has safely arrived in the designated waters of the South China Sea, further verifying the correctness and reliability of the towing lug design and analysis. In this paper, a set of strength analysis and design methods for long-distance wet towing lug of large-scale FPS is established, which can provide reference and basis for the design of towing lug of similar platforms in the future.
