本文以某勘探船为例采用SEA法对重要舱室噪声进行了预报，并对超标舱室进行了声学防护设计。利用声学分析软件VA one建立声学模型，对只考虑钢材损耗因子不考虑内装材料影响时舱室声压级进行预报，确定主要激励源与传递路径。在此基础上，预报添加内装材料后的舱室声压级，对声压级超规范许用值位置进行降噪处理。对于空气噪声，大部分采用添加隔声板方式进行降噪处理；对于结构噪声，主要采用隔振的方式，即将大型设备基座由刚性支座改为弹簧支座的形式。采取降噪措施后，全船重要舱室均满足中国船级社规范噪声舒适性附加标识COMF(NOISE 2)标准要求。研究结果可用于同类型勘探船舶降噪设计，为其它类型船舶舱室的降噪设计提供了参考。
This paper takes an exploration ship as an example to forecast important cabin noise by SEA method and to design acoustic protection for cabins exceeding the standard. Acoustic analysis software VA One was used to establish an acoustic model, and the cabin sound pressure level was predicted when the steel loss factor was taken into account and the influence of internal materials was not considered, so as to determine the main excitation source and transmission path. On this basis, the position of the allowable value of the SOUND pressure level is denoised by predicting the sound pressure level of the cabin after the addition of internal materials. For the air noise, most of the noise is reduced by adding sound insulation board. For structural noise, vibration isolation is mainly adopted, namely, the base of large equipment is changed from rigid support to spring support. After NOISE reduction measures are taken, all the ship's important cabins meet the COMF(NOISE 2) standard of China Classification Society's code for NOISE Comfort. The research results can be used for noise reduction design of the same type of exploration ships and provide a reference for noise reduction design of cabins of other types of ships.
