    摘要:

    为了对改造后导管架平台的模态和节点疲劳寿命等进行分析,以评估改造后平台结构的可靠性,采用SACS软件,针对LD22-1 CEP导管架平台改造工程,结合S-N曲线方法和Airy波理论,建立导管架平台疲劳分析三维有限元模型,通过数值模型计算分析导管架平台的疲劳寿命。计算结果表明:节点X107、X106和X406的疲劳寿命分别为24.49 a、34.82 a和40.38 a,小于设计疲劳寿命;除这3个节点不满足疲劳寿命设计要求外,其他节点均满足疲劳寿命设计要求。为确保平台运行安全,需要对这3个节点进行加强设计,并在运行中加强疲劳节点监测。

    Abstract:

    In order to conduct the analysis of the mode and node fatigue life of the modified jacket platform to evaluate its reliability, based on SACS software combined with the S-N curve method and Airy wave theory, a three-dimensional finite element model is established for the fatigue analysis of the LD22-1 CEP jacket platform renovation project. The fatigue life of the jacket platform is calculated and analyzed by the numerical model. The calculation results show that the fatigue lives of nodes X107, X106 and X406 are 24.49, 34.82 and 40.38 years, respectively, which are less than the design fatigue life; except that the three nodes do not meet the design requirements of the fatigue life, the other nodes meet the design requirements of the fatigue life. To ensure the safe operation of the platform, it is necessary to strengthen the design of the above three nodes and strengthen the monitoring of the fatigue nodes during operation.
