    为准确估计导管架基础管状交叉节点处的疲劳寿命,采用时域分析方法对某海上变电站进行疲劳损伤评估。借助Abaqus软件建立导管架基础各关键节点的局部精细模型。将各管节点的焊接处选作热点,考虑风浪流的联合作用。通过雨流计数法,结合Palmgren-Miner准则与S-N曲线法,对该结构的各关键节点进行准确的疲劳寿命分析。为验证局部精细模型的可靠性,使用SACS软件进行对比分析。结果表明:该变电站疲劳强度在设计寿命期内满足规范要求;局部精细模型的构建可较为准确地估计管状交叉节点处的疲劳寿命;随机波浪更能反映真实海况,体现波浪的随机平稳过程。分析结果可为后续研究及实际工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately estimate the fatigue life at tubular crossing nodes of the jacket foundation, a fatigue damage assessment is conducted on an offshore substation utilizing the time-domain analysis method. A local fine model for the critical nodes of the jacket foundation is established by Abaqus software. The welds at each node are selected as the hotspots, considering the combined loads of wind, wave and current. Through the rain-flow counting method in conjunction with the Palmgren-Miner criterion and S-N curve, a precise fatigue life analysis is performed on the key nodes of the structure. A comparative analysis is carried out using SACS to validate the reliability of the local fine model. The results show that: the fatigue strength of the substation meets the regulatory requirements within the design lifespan; the construction of the local fine model provides an accurate estimation of the fatigue life at tubular crossing nodes; the random waves can more effectively depict actual sea conditions, reflecting the stochastic and stationary nature of wave processes. The analysis outcomes will provide reference for subsequent research and practical engineering.
