Abstract:With the development of offshore wind power towards offshore and deep-water areas, in response to the current status of the berthing technology of the operation and maintenance ship for offshore wind farm, combined with the climate characteristics of the proposed offshore wind power project site, in-depth research and analysis are conducted on the berthing methods of the operation and maintenance ships in the industry, as well as the characteristics and influencing factors of wind turbine berthing. A floating connection wharf based on the wind turbine foundation end is designed to solve the safety hazards of berthing and disembarking of the operation and maintenance ships for offshore wind power as well as personnel climbing towers for operation, to improve the efficiency of personnel transportation by the operation and maintenance ships, and to reduce the impact of top berthing method on wind turbines, which will lay the foundation for achieving the “dual carbon” goal.
