The advantages of floating wind turbines in the development of deep-sea wind energy resources and the current research and development status at home and abroad are introduced. The principle of wave energy generation is briefly described and the latest research progress on integrating wave energy converters on floating wind turbines is summarized. Several ways of hydrogen production from seawater are summarized and the conceptual design and development potential of offshore wind power combined with hydrogen production from seawater are sorted out. The hydrodynamic characteristics of integrating floating wind turbines with marine aquaculture cages are analyzed and the pilot projects of offshore wind power combined with marine aquaculture are listed. The research provides reference for the integrated development of marine clean energy based on floating wind turbines.
