Abstract:Through the research on the structure composition, working principle and main functions of the passive grout seal, the localization and development scheme is put forward. The mechanical properties of the main components of the passive grout seal are theoretically analyzed and simulated, and the optimization design is carried out according to the problems existing in the actual operation of the passive grout seal. The improved domestic passive grout seal successfully passes the prototype tests and obtains BV certification. The test results show that the performance of the domestically developed passive grout seal meets the design and usage requirements. The successful development and localization of the passive grout seal lays a solid foundation for effectively reducing project costs and improving core competitiveness.
