    摘要:

    对悬挂于半潜式生产平台内侧的钢悬链线立管(Steel Catenary Riser,SCR)的安装过程进行研究,给出对应的SCR张力转移、提升和横向牵引就位方案。采用数值方法对上述过程进行模拟分析,分空管和注水两种工况给出SCR顶部张力、平台缆绳与旁通最小净距和立管顶部倾角结果,以进一步验证所提出安装方案的可行性,同时给出对应的立管提升系统的最大张力需求基准。基于研究成果完成的立管提升方案应用于超深水油气田项目“深海一号”,进一步验证所提出方案的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The installation procedure of a Steel Catenary Riser (SCR) hanged in the internal section of the semi-submersible production platform is studied, and a scheme is given for tension transferring, lifting and lateral settling of SCR in semi-submersible platforms. The numerical method is adopted to simulate the above processes for verification. Two cases with empty and flood are considered and the SCR top tension, minimum interval between pull-in wire and pontoon, inclination angle at the top of the riser are given as results, which could be the basis for decision of the maximum tension requirement of the riser lifting system. The results are applied to the ultra-deep water oil and gas field project "No.1 in Shenhai" in China, in which the feasibility of the scheme based on this method is verified.
