Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the prediction results of the original design model of the submarine pipeline network in the Bohai Oilfield are generally different from the actual operation data after being put into production, in order to enhance the reliability and accuracy of verification of existing pipeline in the exploration study of new oilfield, analysis is carried out based on the field big data and the hydraulic simulation models of multiphase pipelines are analyzed and optimized after a series of data analysis, noise elimination, classification summary and inversion comparison. Considering aspects including oil properties, gas-liquid ratio and water cut, three pipes are used to conduct this study. These pipes represent different types, periods and oilfields. Based on the optimized on-site operation data, the recommended calculation models for different types of subsea pipelines are determined by comparing the pressure drop calculation errors of different hydraulic calculation models. The recommended hydraulic model and correction methods can provide reference for other similar pipelines, which can be used to deeply tap the transportation capacity of subsea multiphase pipelines and provide basis for the future development of new oil and gas fields in Bohai Oilfield.
