    摘要:

    为解决采矿作业过程中海洋载荷、硬质提升管道、关键设备对脐带缆的潜在损伤,采用新设计的背负式管夹将脐带缆紧固在提升硬管上,在伸缩装置区域对脐带缆进行升沉运动补偿。在前期研究的基础上,对脐带缆绑扎中的现场作业环境、正常与特殊管段绑扎以及脐带缆升沉补偿中的顶部支撑及弯曲限制等内容进行分析研究,尝试建立一套适用于深海采矿“泵-管”连续提升作业的脐带缆管理系统。该系统可为深海采矿系统脐带缆的安全服役提供一种可靠的工程实例借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the potential damage to the umbilical cable caused by ocean loads, rigid lifting risers and key equipment during mining operating, a newly designed backpack-type riser clamp is required to fasten the umbilical cable to the lifting rigid riser to compensate the heave motion of the umbilical cable in the area of the telescopic device. On the basis of the previous research, the field operating environment, normal pipe lashing and special pipe lashing in the umbilical cable lashing and the top support and bending limit in the umbilical cable heave compensation are analyzed and studied, and a set of umbilical cable management system suitable for continuous lifting operations of pump-riser in deep sea mining is established. The umbilical cable management system provides a reliable engineering example for the safe service of the umbilical cables in the deep sea mining system.
