    摘要:

    针对船舶与海工结构大包装喷涂设备存在的问题和挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compound,VOC)污染排放特点,改进大包装喷涂工艺设备设计和油漆低温输送技术,探讨VOC源头的减排措施,分析大包装供料设计需求和船舶涂装喷涂工艺环节的VOC排放途径,提出大包装容积和VOC排放的估算方法。与传统小桶油漆喷涂工艺相比,应用大包装油漆喷涂工艺减少油漆消耗,对VOC具有明显的减排效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems existing in the large package spraying equipment of ships and marine structures and the characteristics of volatile organic compound (VOC) pollution emission, the design of the equipment for large package spraying process and low-temperature paint transportation technology are improved, the emission reduction measures of VOC source are discussed, the design requirements of large package material supply and the VOC emission path of ship coating and spraying process are analyzed, and the estimation method of large package volume and VOC emission is proposed. Compared with the traditional small barrel paint spraying process, the paint consumption and VOC emission can be reduced by the application of large package paint spraying process.
