    摘要:

    外挂井槽技术可经济有效地满足现有平台增加井槽的需求,但外挂井槽方案的实施受到多种因素的影响,其中桩基承载力是影响外挂井槽方案是否可行的重要影响因素之一。以渤海油田4腿平台为例,将外挂井槽对桩基承载力的影响分为3个方面,重点分析外挂井槽引起的水平载荷变化、垂向载荷变化和修井机井位变化对桩头力的影响。对比平台外挂井槽改造前后桩头力大小,总结外挂井槽改造引起平台桩头力的变化规律,对平台桩头力的变化进行预估,预估结果误差较小,在前期研究方案设计阶段可作为外挂井槽方案是否需要增加桩腿的判断依据。

    Abstract:

    External well slots technology can meet the demand of increasing well slots on existing platforms economically and effectively, but the implementation of external well slots scheme is affected by many factors, among which the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is one of the important factors affecting the feasibility of the external well slots scheme. Taken a 4-leg platform of Bohai oilfield as an example, the influence of the external well slots on the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is divided into three aspects. The influence of the changes of the horizontal load, vertical load and position of workover rig on the pile head force caused by the external well slots is mainly analyzed. The change rules of the platform pile head force are summarized by comparing the pile head force before and after platform external well slots modification. According to the rules, the change of pile head force is estimated. The error of the prediction results is very small, which can be used as the basis for judging whether pile legs need to be added in the scheme of external well slots in the preliminary research scheme design stage.
