Abstract:Based on the SEASM hydrodynamic analysis software and finite element modeling technology and according to different typical design conditions and design loading conditions of different modules, a new standard interface between the multi-functional superstructure and the base of jack-up platform is proposed. The design and use of the interface focus on solving the problems such as poor accuracy, low efficiency, insufficient strength and interface mismatch when different modules are connected with the platform base. The stress condition of the interface involved is evaluated and strength analysis is carried out. According to the calculation results of different functional modules, the local interface is strengthened, and the standard interface meeting the requirements of function and strength is designed. The results show that the stress of the function module of wind power installation is the largest, and the elbow plate is thickened locally to make the wind power installation module meet the design requirements and other functional platforms meet the requirements.
