The SACS software is used to simulate the topside integration of semi-submersible production platform by super-lift method. A nonlinear simulation method based on force-deflection is used to simulate the loading condition of the steel strands more accuracy with regarding to hydraulic lifting system. According to the actual stiffness of the hydraulic lifting system, the nonlinear calculation of the overall lifting system is carried out. The stress of the steel strands of multiple hydraulic elevators at a single lifting point could be accurately simulated, and the results are consistent with those at the actual loading condition.
