    介绍某半潜式浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)的基本信息、建造方式和合龙定位方案。计算不安装水平撑的下浮体下水后主要合龙口的变形,通过调整压载水将合龙口的水平偏差量控制在105 mm内,处于导向装置的250 mm捕捉范围内。分析下浮体和上部结构在主要合龙口位置的水平刚度,确定导向装置的设计载荷为6 120 kN。分析合龙最终阶段平台底部与坞墩的接触情况,得到用于下浮体局部强度和船坞地基承载能力复核的坞墩反力为1 850 kN。在考虑上部组块、下浮体与坞墩的接触情况下,次要合龙口位置立柱的水平刚度为4.17×108 N/m,用于对可能出现的合龙偏差进行矫正。

    Abstract:

    The basic information, construction procedure and integration method of the semi Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) are introduced. The deformation of the lower hull without horizontal braces after float-off is calculated. The adjustment of ballast is carried out to ensure the misalignment of the main integration interface less than 105 mm, which is within 250 mm capture range of the integration guide. The design load of the integration guide is 6 120 kN, which is calculated after obtaining the horizontal stiffness at the main integration interface of the lower hull and topside structure. The contact condition between dock stools and platform bottom is analyzed, and the maximum supporting force (1 850 kN) of dock stools for lower hull local strength and dock foundation bearing capacity check are calculated accordingly. The horizontal stiffness of the lower hull at auxiliary integration interface (4.17×108 N/m) is calculated considering the actual contact condition between dock stools, lower hull and top side structure, and these results will be used for the calibration of possible misalignment at the auxiliary integration interface.
