    摘要:

    为提高我国南海油气田平台设施远程控制程度和智能化水平,以降低季节台风对海上油气田生产的影响,避免不必要的停产或缩短停产的时间,提出台风遥控生产模式设计方案。以恩平油田群新建平台设施为研究对象,主要从台风遥控模式的工况界定、工艺处理控制流程、海底管道的油水置换、平台的供配电远程管理模式、仪表控制系统的智能化、海上与陆地远程通信保障等方面进行分析和研究,以构建南海油气田台风遥控模式的系统设计方案。研究内容对今后海上油气田设施提高台风应对能力、提升智能化生产管理水平具有一定的指导和参考意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the remote control degree and intelligence level of oil and gas platform facilities in the South China Sea, reduce the influence of seasonal typhoons on offshore oil and gas production, and avoid unnecessary production or shorten the production time, a design scheme of typhoon remote control production mode is put forward. Taken the newly-built platform facilities of Enping oilfield group as the research object, the working condition definition of typhoon remote control mode, process control flow, oil and water replacement of submarine pipeline, platform remote power supply and distribution management mode, intelligent instrument control system, and remote communication guarantee between offshore and land are mainly analyzed and studied in order to build the system design scheme of the typhoon remote control mode of the oil and gas fields in the South China Sea. The research is of certain guidance and reference significance for offshore oil and gas field facilities to improve typhoon response capability and intelligent production management level in the future.
