    摘要:

    研究喷码划线装置尺度优化设计方法有助于加快船用型材切割生产线自主可控的进程。对喷码划线装置组成和工作流程进行分析,总结5个量纲一致的设计变量,再通过参数归一化将设计变量降为4个。以其中1个设计变量为基准,绘制基于其余3个设计变量的性能图谱,经过数据对比获得喷码划线装置的粗略最优解,以此解为初始解代入遗传算法,获得喷码划线装置的精细最优解。此优化方法兼顾性能图谱法快速、直观、接近全局最优与遗传算法数据精度高的特点,可在有限的算力下获得全局最优解。经过对比,此优化方法的效率比直接使用遗传算法提高约70%,为喷码划线装置的国产化开发提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    The study of the dimensional optimization design method of marking device is helpful to speed up the process of self-control of the production line of marine section steel cutting. The composition and work flow of the marking device are analyzed, five design variables with the same dimension are summarized, and the design variables are normalized to four. Taken one of the design variables as the basic, the performance map based on the other three design variables is drawn. Through data comparison, the rough optimal solution of the marking device is obtained, which is substituted into the genetic algorithm as the initial solution, and the fine optimal solution of the marking device is obtained. This optimization method takes into account the characteristics of fast, intuitive and close to global optimization of the performance map method and high data accuracy of the genetic algorithm, and can obtain the global optimal solution under limited computing power. Through comparison, the efficiency of this optimization method is about 70% higher than that of direct use of genetic algorithm, which provides a theoretical basis for the domestic development of marking device.
