    摘要:

    针对锚系更换项目中柔性立管及锚系的海底湿存及安装过程柔性立管临时悬挂工作,采用有限元软件,考虑船舶运动响应、锚系分段及柔性立管的力学特征、波浪和海流的影响,进行百年一遇台风海况条件下的数值模拟分析。模拟分析论证柔性立管在锚系中的海底湿存及临时悬挂方案的可行性,确定柔性立管临时悬挂过程中的受力问题,并确定柔性立管悬挂索具长度和强度。模拟分析方法及结果可对海上锚系更换施工提供指导,对类似工程项目具有参考意义。

    Abstract:

    The numerical simulation analysis is performed on wet store and temporary hanging-off operation of flexible risers in mooring system by finite element software. The mechanical characteristics of the mooring system components and flexible risers, the effects of wave and current as well as the vessel motion response are considered. The simulation is performed in the condition of 100-year-return typhoon sea state. The applicability of wet store and temporary hanging method is proved by the simulation analysis. The hanging off tension of the flexible riser is acquired through the simulation analysis and the length and strength of hanging-off rigging are confirmed. The guidance for offshore operation of mooring system replacement and reference for similar engineering projects can be provided by the simulation analysis method and results.
