    摘要:

    明确典型极地半潜式平台钻井立管结构的基本力学特征,采用海冰离散元软件分析慢、中、快冰速下不同水平刚度立管所受的冰载荷及海冰破碎特性。结合已有的柔性窄结构冰载荷模型,发现所研究模型在慢冰速和快冰速下适用于极地钻井立管,但冰速条件不一致。基于ANSYS软件对立管的抗冰性能进行数值模拟,结果表明立管的抗冰性能较差,需要采取抗冰措施。

    Abstract:

    The basic mechanical characteristics of various typical drilling riser structures of polar semi-submersible platform are clarified, and the ice load and sea ice breaking mode characteristics of the risers with different horizontal stiffness under different ice speeds (slow, medium and fast) are analyzed by discrete element method. Based on the present ice load model of flexible narrow structure, the model studied is suitable for polar drilling risers at slow ice velocity and fast ice velocity, but the ice velocity classification is inconsistent. The numerical simulation analysis of the anti-ice performance of the riser is carried out based on ANSYS software. The results show that the anti-ice performance of the riser is poor, and anti-ice measures need to be taken.
