    摘要:

    对目前我国海洋油气田无钻修机平台修井作业方式进行调研,对已经应用成熟的搬迁修井机、液压修井机、连续油管修井和投捞潜油电泵等作业方式进行综述,论证各项作业方式所适用的条件,并对技术局限性进行分析。根据我国国内海洋油气田的开发情况,制约无钻修机平台修井的瓶颈在于提高作业时效和降低作业费用。对国内海洋油气田开发趋势进行分析,未来无钻修机平台修井作业方式将有较大改进。对无钻修机平台修井作业方式进行思考和展望,整理海洋无钻修机平台修井的思路,为海洋平台开发和修井作业提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The workover operation modes of the offshore platform without workover rig in Chinese offshore oil and gas fields are investigated, the mature workover rig relocation mode, hydraulic workover rig mode, coiled tubing workover mode and bailing electric pump mode are summarized, the applicable conditions of various technologies are demonstrated, and the technical limitations are analyzed. According to the development situation of Chinese offshore oil and gas fields, the bottleneck of workover without workover rig is to improve operation efficiency and reduce operation cost. The development trend of domestic offshore oil and gas fields is analyzed, and there will be of great progress in drilling and workover technology in the future. Through the thinking and prospect of workover technology of the platform without workover rig, the ideas of workover of the offshore platform without workover rig are sorted out, which provides reference for the development and workover of offshore platform without workover rig.
