Abstract:The structure, principle and application of the high gravity machine are briefly introduced. The mixture of air and steam is used to simulate the natural gas and 70 mm/260 mm mesh packing is used as the Rotating Packed Bed (RPB) to carry out the simulation test of gas dehydration. The effects of different rotating speeds, Triethylene Glycol (TEG) flow rates and gas-liquid ratio on the dehydration effect are simulated. The test results show that there is a relatively economic TEG flow rate under the condition of stable gas flow rate, and the dew point temperature can be significantly decreased in the range of this flow rate and above, while the increase of gas volume is of little effect on the dew point temperature. After considering the gas production, dehydration effect and economy of the specific platform, the economic TEG flow suitable for the specific platform can be obtained, which provides technical support for the next step of industrial application.
