    简要介绍超重力机的结构、原理和应用成果,并以空气和水蒸气的混合气模拟天然气,以70 mm/260 mm尺寸的丝网填料作为旋转填料床(Rotating Packed Bed,RPB)进行模拟试验,模拟不同转速、三甘醇(Triethylene Glycol,TEG)流量、气液比对脱水效果的影响。试验结果表明,在气量稳定的情况下,存在一个相对经济的TEG流量,在此流量及以上范围内,露点温度可明显下降,此时气量增加对露点温度的影响不大。在综合考虑特定平台的产气量、脱水效果和经济性后,可得出适合特定平台的经济TEG流量,为下一步实现工业化应用提供技术支持。

    Abstract:

    The structure, principle and application of the high gravity machine are briefly introduced. The mixture of air and steam is used to simulate the natural gas and 70 mm/260 mm mesh packing is used as the Rotating Packed Bed (RPB) to carry out the simulation test of gas dehydration. The effects of different rotating speeds, Triethylene Glycol (TEG) flow rates and gas-liquid ratio on the dehydration effect are simulated. The test results show that there is a relatively economic TEG flow rate under the condition of stable gas flow rate, and the dew point temperature can be significantly decreased in the range of this flow rate and above, while the increase of gas volume is of little effect on the dew point temperature. After considering the gas production, dehydration effect and economy of the specific platform, the economic TEG flow suitable for the specific platform can be obtained, which provides technical support for the next step of industrial application.
