Abstract:Taken an exploration ship as an example, the noise of the important cabins is forecasted by Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) method and the acoustic protection for the cabins exceeding the standard is designed. Acoustic analysis software VA One is used to establish an acoustic model, and the cabin sound pressure level is predicted when the steel loss factor is taken into account and the influence of internal materials is not considered, so as to determine the main excitation source and transmission path. On this basis, the position exceeding the allowable value of the sound pressure level is denoised by predicting the sound pressure level of the cabin after the addition of internal materials. For the air noise, most of the noise is reduced by adding sound insulation board. For the structural noise, vibration isolation is mainly adopted, namely, the base of large equipment is changed from rigid support to spring support. After noise reduction measures are taken, all the ship's important cabins meet the COMF (NOISE 2) standard of China Classification Society's code for noise comfort. The research results can be used for noise reduction design of the same type of exploration ships and reference can be provided for noise reduction design of cabins of other types of ships.
