    摘要:

    使用数值解析方法对海底管道端部行走发生可能性进行筛选分析,对行走管道的端部行走量进行评估,并对影响端部行走量的关键参数进行敏感性分析。对于解析法的适用性进行研究,研究结果表明,解析法计算结果略保守,与有限元法结果差异小于10%,可用于项目前期初步评估海底管道端部行走行为使用;管道长度和热力梯度增加,行走量随之增加;摩擦因数增大,行走量呈抛物线形状变化。研究成果可为海底管道设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    By the analytical method, the possibility of the end walking of the subsea pipeline is screened and analyzed, the end walking of the pipeline is evaluated, and the sensitivity of the end walking to the key parameters is analyzed. The applicability of the analytical method is studied. The results show that the analytical method is slightly conservative, the difference between the results of the analytical method and that of the finite element method is less than 10%, and the analytical method can be used for the preliminary evaluation of the end walking behavior of the subsea pipeline in the early stage of the project. With the increase of pipeline length and thermal gradient, the end walking movement increases. With the increase of friction factor, the end walking movement changes in parabola shape. The research results can provide reference for subsea pipeline design.
