    摘要:

    介绍不同船级社的海洋工程结构设计规范对高温状态下钢材力学性能折减的规定。对管道热应力与轴向约束刚度关系进行分析,给出高温管道及其支撑结构设计的优化方法。对某浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)横舱壁结构骨材变形原因进行分析,建议在高温液舱结构设计中适当考虑热应力对结构设计的影响。阐述高温对钢结构防腐涂层和牺牲阳极防腐效果的削弱,指出海洋工程结构防腐设计也需合理评估高温的影响。

    Abstract:

    The provisions of different classification societies on the reduction of mechanical properties of steel under high temperature are introduced. The relationship between thermal stress and axial restraint stiffness is analyzed. The optimization method of structure design for the pipes carrying high-temperature fluid and the pipe rack structure is presented. The cause of the deformation of the transverse bulkhead stiffener flanges of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) is analyzed. The effect of heat stress on the structure design of high-temperature compartment should be considered. The effect of high temperature on corrosion protection of steel structure coating and sacrificial anode is discussed. The influence of high temperature on corrosion protection design of offshore structure should be treated reasonably.
