    以某油田退役的浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)中水浮筒重力基盘的拆除工作为研究目标,对进行拆除作业的工作船基座式起重机能力进行静力-动力校核,对重力基盘进行吊点校核与整体结构分析,对重力基盘与土壤的相互作用及其上拔力进行分析并给出相关建议。结果表明,工作船起重机能满足拆除吊装作业要求,重力基盘的吊点及整体结构均满足要求,在不对土壤进行处理的条件下,重力基盘的上拔力超过起重机最大能力,建议采取措施以保证拆除作业安全顺利地完成。

    Abstract:

    Taken a decommissioned mid-water buoy gravity base of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) in an oil field as the research target, the static and dynamic lifting analysis is conducted to inspect the ability of the pedestal crane of the working ship. The structure analysis of the gravity base’s lifting point and whole structure is performed. The interaction between the gravity base and soil and the uplift force are analyzed and the operation advice is given. The results show that the crane capacity can meet the requirements of demolition and lifting operation, the lifting point and overall structure of the gravity base can meet the requirements, and the lifting force of the gravity base exceeds the maximum capacity of the crane without soil treatment. Several measures should be considered to keep the whole removal operation safety.
