    摘要:

    以海洋石油119浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)为研究对象,与传统二次落墩技术相比,由于其采用船体集成型SIT(Ship Interpret Turret)内转塔系统,因此该船体在二次落墩后月池区域的变形及就位位置精度控制颇具挑战性。结合该船实际二次落墩经验,开展船体进坞前的定位与调平准备工作,对拖船拖力进行校核,并制订拖船移位步骤。完善详细的进坞落墩工艺流程,实现海洋石油119的精准落墩。工程实践经验可为后期大型FPSO的精准落墩提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Taken Offshore Oil 119 Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) as the research object and compared with the traditional technology of the second docking support laying aside, it is a great challenge to control the deformation and positioning accuracy of the moon pool area after the hull finishes the second docking support laying aside because of the use of hull integrated Ship Interpret Turret (SIT) system. Combining the actual second docking support laying aside experience of the hull, the accurate docking support laying aside of Offshore Oil 119 FPSO finally come true after carrying out the positioning and leveling preparation before docking, checking the towing force of the tug, formulating the tug displacement steps, and developing the detailed process of docking and docking support laying aside. The engineering practical experience can provide reference for the accurate docking support laying aside of large FPSO in the later stage.
