    摘要:

    针对某导管架平台进行危险源及泄漏风险因素识别,采用故障树推演造成泄漏事故的深层原因,利用模糊理论与专家评判相结合的方法评估泄漏事件的发生概率,根据事件树法得到发生爆炸事故的量化风险水平,为平台拆解过程中油气泄漏与爆炸的风险管控提供参考。研究结果表明:故障树中的最小割集大多为单一事件,即导致泄漏事故发生的直接因素较多;实例导管架平台在拆解过程中发生油气泄漏的模糊概率为1.706×10?2;考虑最危险情况下的爆炸概率为2.732×10?6,为小概率事件;在平台拆解作业过程中风险因素众多且缺乏事故统计数据参考,使用模糊故障树法结合事件树法能够较为合理地得到油气泄漏与爆炸的风险水平。

    Abstract:

    The hazard source and leakage risk factor identification is carried out for certain jacket platform, the fault tree is used to deduce the deep cause of the leakage accident, the method of fuzzy theory combined with expert evaluation is used to evaluate the probability of the leakage accident, and the quantitative risk level of the explosion accident is obtained according to the event tree method, so as to provide reference for the risk control of oil and gas leakage and explosion in the process of platform disassembly. The results show that: most of the minimum cut set in the fault tree is single event, that is, there are many direct factors leading to the leakage accident; the fuzzy probability of oil and gas leakage in the process of jacket platform disassembly is 1.706×10?2; considering the most dangerous situation, the explosion probability is 2.732×10?6, which is a small probability event; there are many risk factors in the process of platform disassembly and lack of reference of accident statistical data, and the risk level of oil and gas leakage and explosion can be reasonably obtained by fuzzy fault tree method combined with event tree method.
