    摘要:

    为提高远距离依托注水开发的边际油田经济效益,降低开发门槛,提出远程遥控无人就地注水开发方案。在远程注水方案的基础上,利用平台设置水源井提供注水水源,并设置水源井水处理设施和注水处理设施,通过自动化升级和可靠的远程监控实现就地无人注水,进而简化工艺流程,便于无人常态化操作,日常人员登平台频率可达7~10 d。不必敷设长距离海管远程注水,大幅降低投资、提高效益。以某项目为例,采用无人注水开发模式,在渤海实现无人平台就地注水。与常规无人平台远程高压注水开发方案相比,节省一条16.1 km高压注水海管和依托平台改造费用,提高油田整体开发收益,也为渤海边际油田开发提供新模式。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the investment benefit and develop feasibility, the remote control unmanned water injection scheme which is improved based on the remote water injection scheme is proposed. By means of automating and remote monitoring water source well treatment system and water injection system on the platform, the scheme saves construction investment by simplifying the process, removing the water injection subsea pipeline and making water injecting platform unmanned which only needs manual inspection every 7-10 days. It is unnecessary to lay long-distance submarine pipeline for remote water injection by the technology, which greatly reduces investment and improves benefit. By remote control unmanned water injection scheme, the unmanned water injection platform is realized in a project. Without a 16.1 km subsea pipeline and relative modification works, the construction investment is saved ,the overall development income is improved, and a new method for marginal oilfield in Bohai Bay is given.
