    摘要:

    针对某海上风电升压站导管架平台,采用Miner线性累积损伤准则及雨流计数法理论研究其疲劳损伤。根据该平台图纸建立有限元模型,通过波浪散布图分布情况,计算所有短时海况波流作用下全年范围内不同型式节点的应力时程。借助ANSYS有限元程序计算该平台空间结构型式节点的热点应力幅值。在此基础上,根据规范所推荐S-N曲线数据,评估该平台的疲劳寿命,确定该升压站平台疲劳寿命约66 a,满足设计要求。

    Abstract:

    A jacket platform for offshore wind power booster station is selected, and the fatigue damage is investigated by Miner linear cumulative fatigue damage and rain flow counting method. The Finite Element Model (FEM) is established on the basis of the offshore platform blueprint. The stress-time history of different structural nodes under all short-term sea states in the whole year is calculated based on annual wave dispersion map. The hot spot stress of the selected nodes is calculated by ANSYS. On this basis, the fatigue life of the platform is assessed according to the S-N curve recommended by API. The fatigue life of the platform is about 66 years, and meet the design requirement.
