    摘要:

    针对南海某气田高压低温压力容器低温板材壁厚超过许用范围的问题,提出采取减小设计压力、降低筒体直径、合理进行压力与温度的设计工况组合等措施以减小低温压力容器的壁厚,得到适用于高压低温工况下压力容器材质选择的方法,为高压低温大壁厚压力容器的设计提供可借鉴的方法。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem that the thickness of cryogenic plate is beyond the allowable range for a high pressure and low temperature pressure vessel in a gas field at South China Sea, measures are proposed to reduce the wall thickness of the cryogenic pressure vessel by reducing the design pressure, reducing the diameter of the cylinder and reasonably combining the design conditions of pressure and temperature. The method of material selection for the pressure vessel under high pressure and low temperature is obtained, which can be used for the reference of the design of pressure vessel with large wall thickness at high pressure and low temperature.
